The simple and practice method of judging digital duplicator ink.

　Today，China has become one of the most largest manufacturing countries in the world, it is very important for you to know what kinds of duplicator ink possesses superior quality for your lasting business. it turns necessary to know a series of method of judging duplicator ink good or not. Here we introduce a simple and practice method to test ink quality.

　Pls notice which is GOOD, which is NOT GOOD?

　1.smell

　GOOD : pleasant smell.
　NOT GOOD: Kerosene odor, thrill and rotten

　2.Appearance

　GOOD: black shine, fine, uniform, smooth like a mirror.
　NOT GOOD: not smooth, impurity, air bubble, crude surface.

　3.Fluidity
　Test method: stirring ink with a little stick.
　GOOD: stand and soft without flow, not hard up.
　NOT GOOD: too thin or too hard.

　4.performance on paper
　compared the same shape of original and other ink on the same sheet of paper.
Test method: A: ink standing on paper like a tower for some days.
GOOD: the ink is same as beginning.
NOT GOOD: dinginess, wrinkle up, stiffness and crack, crude face, forming film skin, big oil circle around the ink( means dry speed slowly).
B: scrape a little ink on paper.
GOOD: black and uniform, adhesive, rubbing without black finger, and with clean back side.
NOT GOOD: without even and fine black color, with black spots and black block.

　5.Stability
　Test method: the ink is cooled to -20℃ for 24 hours and then heated to 60℃ for 24 hours, alternately, in a cup.
GOOD: the ink is the same as beginning.
NOT GOOD: watering(leaking), crude appearance, oily, becoming too thick or too thin.

　6. combustibility
　Test method: to take a little ink to burn.
GOOD: small voice and continuous burning.
NOT GOOD: clapping, exploding, incomplete burning, containing too much water will rust the machines.
